This is NOT your typical South Philly style beef & beer. There will be no dry-as-the-desert hunk of what may or may not be pot roast. Do not expect to drink any brews followed by the word “Lite.”

SPTR’s 4th Annual Beef and Beer will feature all you can eat steakhouse sides and plates prepared by Chef Scott Schroeder, and will include whole roasted NY strip, beef brisket tacos, steak tartar with pickled oysters, and more.

Look forward to pay as you go firkins and specialty draughts from your favorite breweries – Dogfish Head, Founders, Flying Fish, Great Lakes, Philly Brewing, Sixpoint, Troegs, and more.
