Doc Holliday Rye Whiskey Georgia Distilling Company Milledgeville, Georgia
Like the American legend we honor, this premium Rye Whiskey is 100% American in both spirit and tradition. Raised in the foothills of Georgia in charred American Oak barrels, we then empty and place this whiskey in secondary barrels to give it a distinct and smooth "Double-Barreled" taste, and character all its own.
Smoked Tomahawk Pork Chop
A bone in pork chop topped with fragrant charmoula (a North African cooking inspired herbal sauce) and served with candied baby carrots and horseradish mashers. This dish will present a moderate heat along with a pleasant fruitiness

Granddaddy Mimm’s Corn Whisky Georgia Distilling Company Milledgeville, Georgia
From deep in the woods of the North Georgia mountains comes a new whiskey with flavors as deep and rich as the history behind it. In the early 1930’s Jack “Mimm” McClure started making bootleg whiskey in the rural area Georgia – about two hours northeast of Atlanta. His recipes for Apple Brandy, Peach Brandy and Corn Whiskey produced some of the smoothest brews around those parts. Mimm passed away in 1969, and though the recipe remained in the family, not another drop was produced… until now.
Thirteenth Colony Southern Corn Whiskey Thirteenth Colony Americus, Georgia
Truly, a unique and distinctive distilled spirit, each bottle is personally signed and numbered by Thirteenth Colony distiller, Graham Arthur. Derived from a traditional southern recipe and aged in old oak barrels, the smooth taste is complex with hints of oak, spice, butter, and sweet corn. Not for the faint of heart, this dangerously drinkable whiskey is bottled at 95 proof.

Freshly baked Peach Cobbler by Ryan’s mother topped! Of course, we top it with vanilla bean ice cream
