A journey of beer and flavor concepts featuring an eight course dinner prepared by Chef Evan Hennessey and his team from Stages at One Washington in Dover, NH. The theme for this year include eight courses designed around eight different beers from White Birch Brewing as well as beers from other brewers that inspire founder Bill Herlicka. Each beer will be served in four ounce pours per course.
