For this unique dinner, we’ve assisted chef Kendra Simmonds in selecting and obtaining several Ontario craft beers – as well as a BC craft cider – to pair with a four course dinner that will also feature the selected beers as ingredients in the dishes.

This dinner is limited to 20 guests and is already sold out – but there is talk of doing another in the future, so stay tuned…

Beer bread crostini topped with a beer-infused cheddar sauce

Deconstructed beer salad
Barley and rye grains, wheat grass, corn shoots with a hops and malt vinaigrette and crispy bacon

Drunken Pigs – pork and beer two ways
Beer brined pork loin with beer reduction, spiced hoppy lentils, and sautéed rapini
Crispy beer glazed pork belly with mushroom medley and asparagus spears with toasted almonds
Liberty Village 504 Pale Ale & Spearhead Moroccan Brown Ale

Beer batter crepes
Filled with cider flambéed apples and coffee porter-chocolate mousse
Mill Street Coffee Porter & Tree Duke’s Cider
