Listen up homebrewers, basement fermenters, and garage zymurgists; its time for the Lake Bluff Brewing Co’s second homebrew competition. Sanitize you fermenters, pull out your hydrometer, and start your burners as it’s coming up soon. The style is Black IPA aka India Black Ale aka Cascadian Dark Ale.
