Wit & Wild Luau Brewout will be the release party for our 2nd collaboration with Uncle Matt’s Organic Produce, the highly anticipated Orange Ave Wit Bier. This hazy orange and coriander wheat beer has a very low hop bitterness from a light hopping with organic Pearle hops. We added Uncle Matt’s organic oranges to the mash as well as locally sourced organic coriander & zest to the end of the boil. Those dressed in their best or worst Hawaiian shirt will get Hoppy Hour all day. Festivities start at 2PM and include a pig roast & dunk booth as well as a Cornhole, Giant Jenga and Limbo tournament. Live music performances by Kill the Sound starts at 9PM. This is a free event.
