The Mondial des cidres de glace is a unique event of its kind, in particular due to the distinctiveness of the product and the originality of the tasting experience—in the middle of February under a festive tent with sculpted ice bars! This is one of but a few winter tastings and the only one that brings together so many Quebec cider producers.
