Busterís Bistro is hosting our first beer pairing event with Chef Hari Pulapaka (2011 and 2013 James Beard semifinalist) along with Chef Brian Lamparski. The dinner is a five course beer pairing including a charcuterie board of artisinal cheeses and meats, Tomazin farms seasonal harvest soup, a fresh local stonefruit salad with fresh preserves, feta, and a mustard vinaigrette, Collaborative Local Pork Duo featuring Local Pork Loin and Belly with accoutrements, Surf and Turf in the style of a New England Lobster and Clam Bake with house made smoked and cured sausages, finishing with traditional Belgian desserts Belgian Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Croissant Pudding, Vanilla Bean Creme Anglaise. The courses will be serves family style off large platters, about one for every four people with serving utensils.
Each ticket will award you three beers throughout the dinner selected by the chefs and staff. We will also give the option for a wine pairing. The event starts at 2PM and you will have the privilege to watch the chefs cook their amazing dishes. Tickets will be on sale starting September 10th and ending September 22nd.
