Flying Saucer Draught Emporium at Lake Ray Hubbard will host world-renowned craft beer expert Stephen Beaumont for a tutored tasting and book signing. The event will feature a tutored tasting of craft beers with cheese and chocolate pairings outside on the patio. Beaumont’s and co-author Tim Webb’s newly released book, "The Pocket Beer Guide: The Essential Handbook to the Very Best Beers in the World," will be included in the ticket price. Beaumont will be signing books following the event.
