The annual "Porter Week" at Bishops Arms Järntorget in Göteborg/Gothenburg, Sweden.
As per usual starts a Sunday (October 20, 2013) and ends the Tursday after (October 24, 2013).
Regular opening hours:
Mon: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
Tue - Thu: 4:00 pm - 1:00 am
Fri: 3:00 pm - 2:00 am
Sat: 12:00 pm - 2:00 am
Sun: 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
What usually happens is they switch some 14-16 of their taps to black beer, not only porter but also stout, black IPA, schwartzbier etc.
When one beer is sold out, it is generally replaced with a new one.
Also plenty of bottles of black beer will be available, some for tasting in smaller volumes or by the centiliter so you do not have to purchase the whole bottle.
Size and cost of each beer depends on the beer itself, but draught you may always purchase a "galopp", i.e. a beer served in a wine glass (17 centiliter), cost again depends on the beer.
Some of the beers will be aged. I believe the first year this "week" happened was 2007 or 2008, some of the beers that will be available has been aged since then.
No information yet as per schedule, any beer maker´s dinner, tastings, etc, will need to update later.Cost:

Sunday at 18.30 ish. Fick kika lite på fatlistan och det fanns en hel del som lovade mycket gott som inte hade satts på ännu (och som kanske inte kommer att sättas på), typ Mexican Cake (20 l)...
Always a great event! I’ll be there every day as usual if I can find the time and money for it.
