Friday November 8th at 3:00 PM the cask tapping festivities will begin of the only unpasteurized and unfiltered wooden cask of Pilsner Urquell outside of the Czech Republic with special guests Brewmaster Vaclav Berka and Draft Magazines Editor Erika Reitz who was in Plzen when the beer was brewed. It is a 170 liter cask (which is the size of over 3 kegs). There will also be some special unpasteurized draft Pilsner Urquell whose last appearance in the USA was in 1999 at the event and possibly some other surprises in store for you. If you have to work that day you might try to leave early as this is one event that is truly going to be one of a kind and only offered at Papago.
