- Saison de Lis (saison with chamomile flowers)

- Aria (Belgian-style pale ale with brettanomyces)

- Tart Hopfentea (Berliner weisse with tropical tea blend, brewed in collaboration with Hopleaf)

- Peach Berliner Weisse (Berliner weisse with peaches)

- IPA 7 (wheat IPA)

- Recital (Belgian-style IPA, brewed in collaboration with Deschutes Brewery)

- Black Walnut Dunkel (dunkel weisse with Missouri black walnuts)

- Barry Rye (rye brown ale with blackberries)

- Plan B (Belgian dark strong ale with currants, brewed in collaboration with Half Acre Brewing Co.)

- Midnight Rambler (Belgian-style stout)

- Heart of Gold (wheat wine)

- Peace Offering (American brown ale with Yellowtree Farm cushaw squash)

- Trixie (farmhouse ale with grape must from Adam Puchta Winery, brewed in collaboration with Annie Gunn’s)
