Big Shoulders Beer Co. Launches New Beer
Chicago, IL - October 3, 2013 --- Big Shoulders Beer Company is launching their newest beer, "Crosstown "Wheat" this Thursday, October 3. The event will be held at The Bucktown Pub, located at 1658 W. Cortland St., Chicago, IL. Rich Szydlo, brewer of Big Shoulders, will be in attendance to talk with guests about the new beer.
Crosstown Wheat is an unfiltered wheat beer, brewed with lemongrass and coriander for a crisp, citrus taste. It is part traditional German Hefeweizen, part American Wheat Ale. Szydlo likes to call it a “Halfweizen."
