Starting Friday, November 15, HopCat will feature on draft over 30 beers that have been wood aged or brewed with wild yeast, some of which that have been aging for years! Beers will be availalbe in 5oz and 10oz pours (some will be 5oz only). Most of the beers will be available at 11:30 at open, with a select few released at 5pm. The 5pm releases will be Founders KBS ’09, Founder Backwoods Bastard ’11, Goose Island Bourbon County Stout ’10, Great Divide Oak Aged Yeti ’10, and Harviestoun Ola Dubh Reserved 12 (all 5oz pours only).
There will be some special bottle releases as well. Founders KBS ’09, Founders Backwoods Bastard ’13, Goose Island Bourbon County Stout ’08, and Arcadia Bourbon Barrel Shipwreck Porter ’11. Bottles are available to go, with a limit of one each per person. The bottles will be released at 5pm on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.
