LARK on the Park Offering Valentine’s Day Menu
LARK on the Park will feature a four-course prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day. Its Valentine’s Day menu, specially prepared by chefs Dennis Kelley and Melody Bishop, will include a first course of delectable starters followed by:
• Second course
o Garcia Farms citrus and avocado salad
o Stracciatella with Belgian endive, soft herbs and pine nuts.
• Third course
o Braised Hereford bone-in short ribs with buttered egg noodles and creamy wild mushrooms
o Risotto in Bianco with grilled asparagus, English peas and Vital Farms poached egg
o Pancetta-wrapped Carolina Mountain trout with grilled polenta, mizuna, fennel and Meyer lemon
• Fourth Course
o Caro chocolate truffle tart with hazelnuts, berries and cream
o Lemon Shaker pie with vanilla bean ice cream.
