On February 25th, at 7PM, Dresselís Pub will be throwing a pretty epic beer dinner as part of their new Collaboration Series. For this first attempt, theyíll be working with The Libertine to put on a five course meal featuring beers from 4 Hands Brewing.
But these just arenít any beers, these will be five different barrel-aged beers. Iíll allow you some time to pick your jaw up off the ground. This meal will also feature Dresselís executive chef Mike Miller and chef de cuisine Derek Roe who will be pairing up with Libertineís executive chef/co-owner Josh Galliano along with his executive sous chef Josh Poletti.
