On February 25th, at 7PM, Dressel’s Pub will be throwing a pretty epic beer dinner as part of their new Collaboration Series. For this first attempt, they’ll be working with The Libertine to put on a five course meal featuring beers from 4 Hands Brewing.

But these just aren’t any beers, these will be five different barrel-aged beers. I’ll allow you some time to pick your jaw up off the ground. This meal will also feature Dressel’s executive chef Mike Miller and chef de cuisine Derek Roe who will be pairing up with Libertine’s executive chef/co-owner Josh Galliano along with his executive sous chef Josh Poletti.
