Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will host the 5th Annual Barleywine Experience, this year dubbed Barleywine & Swine. It will bid farewell to winter and encourage an early Texas spring with the release of more than 15 different barleywines and the roasting of a whole hog on its patio. Once brewed in England for the Aristocratic elite, barleywine is now available to the masses.
