HopCat GR wraps up GR Beer Week on Sunday, February 23, with a five course beer dinner prepared by house chef, Cam Jarvis, and paired with five beers from Rockford Brewing Co. Rockford head brewer Jeff Sheehan will be joining us. So should you!
Wilted kale salad with toasted pine nuts and warm ginger vinaigrette.
Paired with Carriage House Ale
Mincemeat pie topped with goat cheese ice cream.
Paired with White Pine Wheat Ale
Extra Special Split Pea Soup (ESSEP) with herb oil and grilled sourdough bread.
Paired with Second Watch ESB
Sriracha glazed fried duck wings drizzled with a poblano pepper coulis.
Paired with all Michigan sourced Paradigm Pale Ale (Michigan Pale Ale)
Butterscotch and currant beer bread pudding topped with Anniversary Ale reduction.
Paired with Anniversary Ale (Belgian Ale)
Dinner starts at 5pm. $45 per person (not including tax & gratuity).
