Abeel’s is presenting an eclectic menu perfectly paired with He’brew Craft Beers, brewed locally at Shmaltz Brewing Company in Clifton Park. Shmaltz Brewmaster Paul McErlean will be on hand to break bread and share wisdom about the art and science of craft brewing.

First Course: Pecan encrusted Duck breast served with Raspberry
scented carmelized onions. Paired with Messiah Nut Brown Ale.
Second Course: House smoked game hen served on a bed of Warm Thai barley salad. Paired with Genesis Dry Hopped Session Ale.
Third Course; Chocolate Bourbon Cake painted w/ warm chocolate ganache. Paired with Renuion Ale ’13.
