On Monday, March 31, HopCat GR will host a five course beer prepared by house chef, Cam Jarvis, paired with five beers from Brash Brewing Co., out of Ipswich, MA. The dinner will be:

Droogs IPA
Barley salad with mustard greens, radicchio, and radishes marinated with lemon-mustard vinaigrette

Item Nine Imperial Wheat IPA
Homemade pinko breaded fish sticks with tabasco remoulade

Bollock Imperial IPA
Spicy yellow curried lamb with fragrant jasmine rice

Texas Exile Imperial Porter
Sumatra coffee dry rubbed BBQ pork sliders with apple jicima slaw and creamy polenta

Smoglifter Imperial Milk Stout
Raspberry dark chocolate mousse pie with salted caramel stout reduction

Dinner starts at 6:00pm. $45 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the dinner. Come in or call 616.451.HOPS to make a reservation.
