The Institute for Applied Agriculture and Food Systems at Vermont Technical College is offering a one-week brewing course with lead instructor Steve Parkes of Drop In Brewery. This course is ideal for those interested in a formal and professional education in brewing science and safety, either to enter the brewing industry or to advance within it. Practical experience is a plus, but not essential for admission. The program is designed for candidates who may have little or no formal academic or technical qualification in brewing.
