If you haven’t been to one of our brewer’s dinners, now is the perfect time to start! This month our sumptuous lineup features the beers of Michigan’s own Brewery Vivant and a visit from their man about town, Ben Darcie, to lay down some knowledge. The food and the brews are coming together in some spectacular ways, as you can see below.

First Course
North French paired with deep fried portobello mushrooms, goldfish cracker crust, and smoked cheddar dipping sauce

Second Course
Organic Amber paired with garlic ramp, spinach, daikon, blue cheese, and warm pancetta vinaigrette

Third Course
Farm Hand paired with mahi mahi kabob, mango, red onion, apple, sweet and sour pineapple, and cilantro lime slaw

Fourth Course
La Lapin Que Fume paired with lamb sausage, poached egg, cheddar biscuit, and pinot thyme reduction

Fifth Course
Undertaker paired with panna cotta parfait, peaches, and granola

Tickets are $40 each, which gets you a full sized beer during the pre-party, anitpasto platter, and five courses of truly amazing food paired with Brewery Vivant’s finest, some they’re known for and some you may not have seen yet.
