The MainLine will be hosting a five course beer dinner with Alaskan Brewing Company. The event will be held in our semi-private dining area, the Glass House. It will feature a five course Alaskan Brewing-inspired menu, and include five full pours. The cost is $55 per person.
The menu is as follows:
Course 1
Grilled Spring Salad
Romaine, asparagus, strawberry, hazelnuts, corn, goat cheese, Alaskan Summer Kolsch vinaigrette

Course 2
Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast
Sweet potato and cherry hash, Alaskan Double IPA and pomegranate reduction

Course 3
Wagyu Chuck Eye
Fingerling potatoes, Alaskan Amber glaze

Course 4
Alaskan Jalapeño IPA Poached Great Lakes Walleye
Tomato and roasted jalapeno puree, feta, sour cream, lime

Course 5
Alaskan Smoked Porter chocolate pot de crème, almond lace cookie
