We will be doing a very special tasting this Sunday. Carly Verhey of Heidrun Meadery will be pouring a selection of their extremely high quality, small batch sparkling meads.

Heidrun produces naturally sparkling meads using the traditional Methode Champenoise. They range from semi-dry to dry, and feature a broad range of exotic and intriguing flavor profiles.

If you are new to mead, these will be a revelation. If you appreciate mead and are looking for something new, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
