Oktoberfest is an organic marzen bier was brewed with deep-well, charcoal-filtered hard water from the Floridan aquifer, lager yeast, organic Hallertau hops and organic two-row Munich, Carapils and Caramel malted barleys. The result is Oktoberfest, a medium bodied European amber lager with deep, rich malt character. It begins with an initial malty sweetness and finishes moderately dry with low hop bitterness.
