Stone and Avery have raided their beer cellars for an array of vintage beers that would be remarkable on their own, but when paired with five extraordinary courses become part of a truly momentous experience. Special guest Patrick Dawson, author of Vintage Beer: A Taster’s Guide to Brews That Improve over Time (w/foreword by ‘Dr.’ Bill Sysak) will be joining us with books in hand for sale and signing during the Meet & Greet.
