Tuman’s Tap & Grill taps a rare firkin of cask-conditioned Ivan’s Extra Special Bitter on Thursday, December 11. This limited release ESB is exclusively available at Tuman’s and Revolution’s brewpub and taproom. The nicely balanced brew, which is named for Jimmy Cliff’s character in the 1973 movie “The Harder They Come,” is a harmonious blend of big malt and big hop. The bar offers a $10 “frank and firkin combo,” which includes a Columbus Meat Market spicy Italian sausage sandwich with roasted sweet peppers and a 20 oz. imperial pint of Ivan’s ESB. The Italian sausage sandwich is $6 a la carte and the imperial pint of ESB is $7. Tuman’s is open from 4 p.m.-2 a.m. on December 11 and the kitchen is open until 11 p.m.
