The crew at UCBC is excited to be approaching our four-year anniversary and would like to invite you to our celebration festival.... Wolpertinger 2015. This annual festival, celebrating the spirit & community of craft beer, will take place on Sunday, January 25th, 2015 from 1-5pm at our Grove Brewery & Bierhall (4465 Manchester). We hope that you will join us along with 20+ other local breweries for a day of great beer, food, music and camaraderie. We are also honored to be welcoming our friends from Sun King Brewing Company, from Indianapolis, IN, who will be bringing some special beers to join the celebration.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Wolpertinger, it is a small, primarily nocturnal mammal, similar to the American jackalope, who inhabits the alpine forests of Bavaria. In the case of this festival, the Wolpertinger is the symbol for our community of brewers, coming together to celebrate craft beer in its many forms. Please come out and join us as we release our anniversary beer Wolpertinger 2015. As always, prizes for best dressed Wolpies (furries included).
