We’ve been stockpiling various vintages and variants of Goose Island’s Bourbon County Stout and the time has come to release them for your drinking pleasure!

First on the list is a 2012-2014 vertical of Bourbon County Stout, a massive imperial stout aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels that hovers around 14% ABV.

We will also feature 2013 and 2014 Bourbon County Barleywine. Barleywine is aged in third-use bourbon barrels that previously held Bourbon County Stout.

On the vintage front, we’ve acquired kegs of:

2014 Bourbon County Vanilla Rye - Brewed with Madagascar and Mexican vanilla beans and aged in rye whiskey barrels

2014 Bourbon County Coffee - Aged in bourbon barrels and infused with Intelligentsia Zirikana coffee from Rwanda

All Bourbon County drafts will be available in 4 oz. and 9 oz. pours

Limited, 4 oz. bottle pours will be available of:

In addition to all the Bourbon County goodness, we will be raiding our temperature-controlled cellar for some more vintage Goose Island Stout goodness to include:

Night Stalker - a heavily-hopped 11.7% imperial stout
Big John - The same base beer as Night Stalker, but with less hopping and the infusion of cocoa nibs
The Muddy - Imperial stout brewed with brewer’s licorice, molasses, and Belgian dark candi sugar
