A Public Event

Boston University’s College of General Studies and Center for Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning present a Summer Institute titled "The History, Science, and Culture of Beer." The event is open to the public, and will be held Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, 2015. It will feature a beer tasting hosted by Helder Pimentel of Backlash Beer, four faculty-led talks, and a Harpoon Brewery Tour. Space is limited. Registration is $175, which includes the beer tasting, all presentations, Saturday lunch, and Harpoon Brewery Tour. On-campus accommodations are available for an additional $75 per night.
