We would like to invite you to our Cigar City Private Beer Dinner. Wayne Wambles, the Brewmaster at Cigar City, is our special guest for this 5 course dinner and he is bringing some rare beers to pair with each course. The first course will be Deviled Eggs Three Ways. The second course will be Aji Tuna with a Cucumber Salad. The third course will be a Spring Kale Salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette. The fourth course will be a Braised Short Rib served with Cauliflower, Mash Potatoes and Asparagus. The final course will be Creme Brulee. Each course will be paired with a rare Cigar CIty beer rarities such as Florida Man Double IPA and Cafe Americano. Tickets are $50. Call or come in for your tickets. Space is limited.
