The Craft Culture Beer Dinner Series Part 3 - IPA’s: The Best of the Locals & Beyond

On Wednesday, October 14th, Rustico Ballston’s Craft Culture Beer Dinner Series returns for its third installment! This time we’ll be turning our attention to the craft beer crowd favorite: American-style IPAs!

Our talented Chef de Cuisine Alissa Jeffery and Beer Director Greg Engert have created a special menu for the night celebrating these golden, delightfully bitter ales and the flavors that complement them, being sure to showcase the finest locally-brewed hop-driven ales alongside some of our favorites from across the US. Featured beer pairings will include Maine Beer’s Lunch, as well as Alpine Beer Company’s Nelson and Duet. The full menu for the dinner is below and final beer pairings are forthcoming.

Tickets are $50 per person, exclusive of tax & gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 571-384-1820. There will be a $20 deposit held for each reservation.

FIRST:
Spice-Cured Salmon Lettuce Wraps
Mango, Pineapple & Cucumber Salsa, Avocado Cream

SECOND:
Cabot Sharp Cheddar Toasts
Grapefruit, Tangerine & Sage Marmalade

THIRD:
Braised & Seared Adobo Pork Belly
Plantain Pupusa, Tomatillo-Serrano Salsa

Palate Refresher:
Ginger, Lime & Tamarind Granita

DESSERT
Honey Yogurt Pear Upside Down Cake
Macadamia Crumble, Pineapple-Sage Chantilly Cream
