The DUDLEY WINTER ALES FAYRE 2015
takes place from Thursday 26th to Saturday 28th November at:

We are again organising Dudley Winter Ales Fayre with the generous support of Holden’s Brewery: www.holdensbrewery.co.uk

There will be 70+ Traditional Real Ales, including many stronger ones, Real Ciders & Perrys, Bottled Foreign Beers and Fruit Wines. Hot and cold food will be available and a variety of entertainment. To cater for everyone our quiet session is on Thursday evening.

Opening Hours

Thursday 26th November 5.30pm - 11pm
Friday 27th November 12noon - 11pm
Saturday 28th November 12noon - 11pm (or until beer runs out)
Entrance Package

£15 includes £3.50 entrance, £2 refundable glass hire and beer tokens to the value of £9.50.
Unused tokens can be cashed in on leaving or donated to the charity bucket.

CAMRA members get a discount on Thursday & Friday.

On Saturday for your money you’ll get £13 worth of tokens and the £2 refundable glass hire, so admission is actually free.

So to some of the regulars who have probably never missed a festival or to someone who has never been to a festival before, come and join us at the end of November and enjoy some excellent ales, convivial company and entertainment at Dudley Winter Ales Fayre.

Please be aware Friday night is always very, very busy and the hall is often full by early evening, which could result in queues.

Competitions

This year Dudley Winter Ales Fayre will be hosting the competitions for:
Beer Of The Festival
West Midlands Barley Wines & Strong Old Ales
West Midland Beer Of The Year
These competitions are judged by blind tasting by a panel of the great and the good.
Food Bar
The food bar will be provided by our caterers Little Devils Diner, selling gray peas, a Black Country delicacy, sandwiches, hot pork cobs and samosas. A range of soft drinks will also be available.

Join CAMRA at the festival

If you join CAMRA at the festival you will have your entrance fee returned and be given 2 bottles Holden Old Ale. If you join by Direct Debit you will receive fifteen months membership for the price of twelve. At present, for each year of membership you receive £20 worth of Wetherspoons vouchers (in multiples of 50p). Dudley Drivers Scheme

We’re running our normal designated driver scheme. The nominated driver in your group will get two free soft drinks or tea/coffee. Admission charges still apply Thursday & Friday. Vouchers can be obtained from the CAMRA stand located on the left hand side of the hall.

Early Arrival

If you have some time to spare before the festival opens The Court House, New Street, Dudley, a Black Country Ales pub, is open from 11.30am on Friday & Saturday.
