Big Ass Tap Takeover with Avery Brewing
Saturday, June 25th – All Damn Day
Every year, we throw a huge craft beer party at Parry’s with Avery Brewing Co. It has been affectionately called the Big Ass Tap Takeover and for good reason. We typically tap between 15 and 30 different Avery kegs at this event depending on the location. We even supplement the draft selection with some of Avery’s rare bottle releases, as well. Expect the same passion this year as in years past.

Last year all of our beer-centric locations took part in this event and it will be the same for this year. It will be slightly different than years past in that we have added another location to the event: our newest location in Longmont, Co at the Village at the Peaks. There will be live music at some locations from local artists depending on the issuing of permits. There could even be some real asses at the party. (Actual donkeys, that is.)

Just in case anyone is keeping count, locations that will be participating this year include Castle Rock, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Longmont and Northglenn. Below you will find what we believe to be a fairly accurate prediction as to how many Avery kegs will be at each location:

Castle Rock – 15
Greenwood Village – 15
Highlands Ranch – 30
Longmont – 30
Northglenn – 30

During the event you may be approached by our staff to get you signed up for a very special gift from Avery Brewing. Trust us, you’ll cherish this prize and rub it in your friends’ faces if you win it.

This is an all damn day event. Get sitters for the kids and the pets. Make sure you don’t have to work on Sunday. Get your vacation dates worked out around this date. If you don’t get your affairs in order and miss this event, you will be criticized and possibly tarred and feathered.
