Slow roasted, honey and thyme kissed grape tomatoes atop fets cheese on garlic toast. Drizzled with honey and a sprinkle of basil.

THIRD COURSE
Fettuccine with Tomatoes and Crispy Capers
House made fettuccine tossed with lightly cooked tomatoes and prosciutto, sprinkled with crispy fried capers and parmesan cheese.

FOURTH COURSE
Moroccan Lamb and Vegetable Couscous
Moroccan spiced braised lamb and vegetable stew surrounds traditional minty couscous. Add harisa, a fiery chile-garlic condiment to your liking. (vegetarian version of this dish will be available)
BEER PAIRING: Victory Hop Devil IPA

FIFTH COURSE
Toffee Bread Pudding
Creamy bread pudding flavored with brown sugar and butter brickle bits, decorated with chocolate and caramel sauces.
BEER PAIRING: Lagunitas "Censored" Ale
