An old-school technique meets modern brewing. Wood-aged beers. Be it fresh or toasted oak, American or French, bourbon or wine soaked, aged for weeks or months, or totally infected with funk, there’s just something mysterious and magical about introducing beer to a wooden barrel and hoping for the best.
