The doors open at 4 on Saturday, March 2nd, and the sampling and activities wrap up by 8 PM. You must be 21 years old to enter.
Prior to the event, you.re invited to participate in a tour of the adjacent Bowersock hydropower plant. The tour is scheduled for 1:30 at the historic power plant and 3:00 at the new power plant on the north side of the river, and is limited to 25 people. At the Expo
All attendees will receive a commemorative sampling glass and a program booklet that profiles the beers at the tasting. In addition, specialty beer glassware will be displayed for sale by Grandstand Sportswear and Glassware. A selection of brewery tees will also be available.
Selected local vendors will be offering food for sale throughout the afternoon, and Hy-Vee will present samples and a guide to cheese and beer pairing at the event.
You’ll find books on beer and brewing, and guidelines on the Certified Beer Judge program.
Ripple glass will handle all the glass recycling on site, and will be sharing information about their expanded glass recycling program.Cost:
