bought a few 750 ml bottles of beer (boulevard smokestack sixth glass and three philosophers) and i was wondering if i had to drink those all at once or if i could recork them if i run out of time or people to help me.

as soon as you open a bottle of beer you allow air in and CO2 out. So recorking wont do the trick unless you want flat beer that is starting to oxidize.

Yeah, it won’t be the same, but if you stick it in the fridge corked, you could easily wait a day and then finish it. The carbonation will fall a bit, but it will still be drinkable.

Generally not advisable, but ive had tasting with 1/4 of many bottles left, Ive then drunk them the next day, and some hold up pretty much OK.

You should rate them when you open the bottle, but 24 hours in the fridge doesn’t kill a beer.
