The Hirten cheese is mellower (nuttier? less acidic?) than Parma and is paired well with stout - I suppose the beer match could play into what you do. A little bit of Mountain Gorgonzola + Gueuze?

And ’no cheese’ may be even easier to pair. i like the idea of frying some garlic, and including a little grated raw garlic for more ’layers’.

Seriously, this is easy snacking and way better than Doritos.
