Well, it’s against the law. but primarily, this draws attention to not only the unnecessary, over-the-top response, but the horribly antiquated laws from which this entire POS stems.

But why the over the top response in this case at this time, it doesn’t make sense without some motives or instigation of some sort

You’d think with the White House making homebrew, we wouldn’t have laws in any state restricting homebrewing. This is absurd.

I think this is a good thing, actually, because it will likely be the tipping-point event that gets enough public support for changing their absurd laws.
