I ask because I recently saw some in a grocery store and 120 is not allowed in Texas grocery stores b/c of the abv.
Are there maybe 2 different labels- one w/ abv and one w/o?

just checked one I have sitting around from the first 2012 batch, bought at a bottle shop in Virginia, and there’s no ABV listed on it.

I haven’t seen the abv on 120 bottles in years here in Florida. I have 08 bottles without the abv.

oh, so it could be a normal bottle... gotcha. I’ve heard of abv cutffs, but usually they are really low, which confused me in this thread. 17% abv seems like an oddly high cutoff to me (maybe I’m wrong?). But, regardless, its crazy you have 120 in grocery stores!!

The 17% is designed to keep spirits and fortified wines out of any outlet other then dedicated liquor stores.
