P ucusty 803:53	y american strong is ready to go into the secondary. OG 1.088 it has been in primary for 17 days. Gravity today was 1.034. I originally pitched wyeast 1056 from a starter. Would it be a dumb idea to hydrate & pitch some safeale us-05 or not?	Reply Private message
