Do this, but also go with a 50/50 mix of pilsner and with the orange juice in the pan.

Did the apple Thing, it turned out well, but I do like different style of duck, I hate to say it, but the missing layer of fat as compared to the Ducks i´m used to was a letdown, but Healthier..lol..oh well! I cooked carrots and potatoes with it that were good, and my wifes sausage/cornbread Dressing was as awesome as always...I ate most of the corn..whay do Germans dislike corn so much? lol..
