BCBS BCS! BCS is Black Chocolate Stout, BCBS is Bourbon County Brand Stout. Who the heck trades for Black Chocolate Stout?

Around here.. we call it BCS.
The brewers and Goose Island call it BCS.
Bars, restaurants, etc.. call it BCS.
Only BA calls it BCBS.

I do, it’s a great beer.

I used to refer to it here as BCS, then saw people referring to it heavily as BCBS. I will revert.

Don’t worry, people won’t be trading for BCBS soon either.

They never have since it doesn’t exist.

Have not seen it in WNY. This is driving me nuts.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn’t it make sense for BBCS to = Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout and BCS = Bourbon County Stout.

Seems to me that AB/INBEV is the most consistent brewery in the world. Maybe they’ll change the recipe or cut corners, who knows. But I do believe that if they want this beer to be the same it’ll be right smack on every time.
