The Pear Cider has already been opened Iím afraid. Ruth had a glass and got a blinding headache immediately afterwards. Maybe coincidence but I havenít plucked up the courage to try it yet, so about 1.8 litres is still sitting in the fridge. I could always handbottle some for you!

Thanks Tommy. It looks like the Apricot Pale will be around all summer. I still havenít found the Heavy Water yet, but I gather City Beverage Co. (on Old Street) will have some.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but this place has popped-up recently in south London: http://www.lateknightsbrewery.co.uk/1/post/2013/05/join-the-beer-rebellion.html

Following something I saw from Gazza saying Dark Star Hophead was back to its hoppy best I had some in The Harp in Chandos Place and can confirm that it is fucking spectacular. Beer of the day beating Partiazan Mild and Harveys SBB.

Thereís a Dark Star meet the brewer / tap takeover at Craft Islington on Monday so Iíll be putting that to the test. Will be interesting to find out what changes the new brewing team have made.
