I am looking for a few suggestions on beers to bring to a nice dinner. Menu changes daily so I have no idea what I’m getting myself into. Obvious progression of amuse, truffle, fish, shellfish, offal, game meat, steak/duck, cheeses, desserts. Already have 3 375ml bottles of wine (champagne, red, botrytis). Mainly looking to supplement the wine as it’s most likely a 4 hour meal. Normally I just bring 3-4 750’s of wine which is just the right amount of liquid but way too much alcohol for my body. Because of this, lower ABV is preferred on the beer side. Multiple courses requires versatility. Would like to stay away from Dupont and anything on the sour/funky side of things. |
Corona? |
Would probably do schlitz if I was going to do a light lager. |
Taco Bell. |
