Beer questions from Carnevale Brettanomyces 2016

Message Travlr beers 33863 º places 4576 º 04:52 Tue 7/5/2016 OK, I’m finally home and I’m entering my ratings, so this may be the first of many questions: I have notes for Crooked Stave Surette Reserva on Peaches in my notes and I remember it from the BeerTemple website. The three ratings I see are under the normal Surette Reserva (which does not have peaches in it). So I am thinking I’ll add this as a new beer. BUT, there is a Surette Reserva in peach whiskey barrels. I don’t think this is what we had though. Any opinions?

Message MarcoDL beers 9586 º places 213 º 05:26 Tue 7/5/2016 Where did you see this on the website? The draft list in the beertemple said it was the normal version. I believe the booklet said this as well, but I have to check this.

Message Maakun beers 10309 º places 319 º 05:53 Tue 7/5/2016 There is now a version called Surette Reserva peach on tap, but I don’t think it was there yet during the festival. Or they might have chenged the tap list later as BeerTemple often have incomplete or wrong info on their board.

Nobody drank the booklet, so that was much less important.
