I´d like to drink with a straw from a clay vessel, I´d love to enjoy rough scandinavian ales from horns, to dance with the bards while having a rare missing germanic beer style....
Message CLevar places 23 º 20:11 Wed 6/17/2015 Not so much "try" as "try again"; There was a 3Font Gueuze opened at a WTWBA here in the Twin Cities a few years ago that was approaching perfection. I believe it was a 2007 bottle opened in 2011...or it may have been a 2004 bottle, opened in 2011. Can’t quite recall, but it really blew me away. Only a few of the 3Font Seasons beers have come close. I guess I’d rather revisit a beer that I know is/was awesome than take a risk on some hyped up beer I cant vouch for.

Maybe not a good one, but simply a play on the idea that Eisbocks are frozen bockbiers... that a 5.75% one would have experienced very little "eis," (ice) thus the cube tray reference. Anyway, just thought I’d clear that up. Not really sure why I bothered. Bro.
