Like others have said, I’ll be curious to see this list in a couple of years. Spider Bite has some really great looking and interesting beers in the works. I also think the folks up at Chatham are making some very good beers.
Chatham has indeed made some cool stuff in the last couple years (or at least the stuff I’ve seen at TAP NY has been interesting). But they suffer (on RB at least) from the same problem breweries like Barrier, Great South Bay, and Crossroads suffer from. They make good beer, but because they are keg only, their beer does not get out to as broad a crowd.
