Looking to escape the rapture that is winter here in MN during the Feb month some time. Suggestions can be domestic or international. The girlfriend wants to lounge on the beach but I’d like somewhere with a good beer scene too. Any suggestions?

February in San Diego is quite nice. 60’s & 70’s, very few tourists, tons of beer.
